Paige Orcutt has been licensed to practice law in Minnesota since 2017. Prior to joining Thibodeau, Johnson, & Feriancek, PLLP, Ms. Orcutt clerked for District Court Judge Eric Hylden in the 6th Judicial District of Minnesota. As a new associate, Ms. Orcutt is excited to put her energetic and curious nature to work for her clients.
Ms. Orcutt graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and College of Business Administration in 2016, earning her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees at the same time. Ms. Orcutt made the Dean’s List for the College of Business Administration and graduated from the College of Law with honors. While in law and business school, Ms. Orcutt worked for a civil litigation firm, the U.S. Department of Defense’s General Counsel, and the Daugherty Water for Food Global Institute at the University of Nebraska. Ms. Orcutt also participated in her law school’s criminal clinic, representing the State of Nebraska in misdemeanor criminal matters.
Ms. Orcutt earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where she studied History and Art. While at the U, Ms. Orcutt was a Golden Gopher - competing in division 1 Cross Country and Track. Her specialty was the 3,000 meter Steeplechase.
Ms. Orcutt is a current Board member of the Minnesota Women Lawyers Northeastern Chapter. She is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, the 11th District Bar Association, and is actively involved with the 11th District’s New Lawyers Group. Her hobbies include long-distance running, reading, and rock climbing along the North Shore.
