Nicole C. Simonson

Profile

Nic received her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Superior with a major in English and a minor in writing. She has many years of experience in personal injury and workers compensation and began working for Trial Group North in 2013. Nic has a strong background in calculations and knowledge of workers' compensation law. Nic graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2023. During law school, she was a member of the D.E.I. organization “Out!Law” and received awards in commercial law and advanced torts. She also serves on the MEWCA board of directors and works to achieve fairness in the world of Minnesota Workers' Compensation law.
